Any Army General knows that before going to war, the smartest thing to do would be to study the strength and weakness of the enemy. Know yourself and know your enemy, you need not fear the results of 100 battles. The Bible says we have an enemy called Satan, “Be sober-minded, be alert. Your adversary the devil is prowling around like a roaring lion, looking for anyone he can devour” (1 Peter 5:8). The Bible further tells us to resist this enemy, “Resist the devil, and he will flee from you” (James 4:7). To flee means to run, that means when you stand up to him, he will run. What a looser.
This enemy does not walk alone, he has a very huge army of demons and evil spirits. But never fear him, because Jesus has already defeated him and gave us that victory. If you have come across him, you will agree with me, that he is a coward who lies, cheats and will break every rule in the book to try and win. He will manipulate people, events and situations to try and gain the upper hand or to try and frustrate your every move. He picks on the weak and fights them secretly, and lies to them saying God is responsible for all the troubles in their lives. He does not have the balls to challenge anyone of us openly because he knows we will be well prepared for him. It is only cowards that fight secretly, if you seek a war against me, why hide, come straight to my face and say I desire to destroy you, then we will meet in the battle field. Listen, never be afraid of the devil or any form of dark powers, whether it be magic, witchcraft, makes no difference, they are all weak. Jesus said, "I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you" (Luke 10:19). If you ever met someone that threatened to use some dark powers against you or consult spirits to try and destroy your life, tell them to go ahead, but give them this warning; "whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake" (Isiah 54:15). Lucifer who is the biggest witch of them all has already fallen, why should anyone be afraid of the junior ones. Say this, I can beat Satan any time, anywhere.
