The realm where all things stand finished.

In Numbers 24, Balaam talking about the nation Israel looked at the King of Moab and said, “I will advise you what this people will do to your people in the days to come.” (Numbers 24:14). In other words, he wanted to advise him on what would happen in the near future. In the sight of God, this future was already decided, but in the realm of time it was yet to happen. Your life follows a pattern of events which have already happened in the higher realms of life. Nothing happens by chance, the future is already decided. This is why sometimes people get dreams when sleeping and that thing comes to pass in their lives. The dream was advising them on what would happen in the latter days.

In 2 Kings 11-13, the Bibles says Elisha the Prophet looked at Hazeal (a servant of the king of Aram) and began weeping, when the servant asked him why was he weeping, Elisha said the Lord has shown me the future, you will become the next king of Aram and you will do horrible things unto the people of Israel. On hearing this Hazeal denied that he could do such a thing, he said; “How could your servant, a mere dog, accomplish such a feat” (Numbers 11:13)? What Hazeal did not know was that this thing was finished, his life would follow a pattern of events which were already decided in the higher realms of life. In the realm of time it looked impossible that he could be the next king, he was only servant of the King.

Prophecy:

There are things I have spoken to you about, I have shown you these things in dreams and visions, and I have said to you, these are the things I will do in your life. Know that the Word which I have spoken unto you is true, I will bring to pass that which I have spoken over your life. I will bring you to that place I have spoken to you about, and I will fulfill that which I have said I will do in your life. It may look impossible, it may seem slow in coming, but wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay. As the rain and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
